Chuck Salisbury and the S.C. Marketing staff is available to consult with Real Estate Investors regarding their current investments and to create a plan that follows the guidelines in The Incredible Investment Book, on the radio shows and presented in the seminar. S.C. Marketing normally charges a consulting fee of $250.00 per hour but may choose to wave that fee at anytime for any investor or select group of investors. The waiver may not be permanent as S.C. Marketing may determine that the investor is not serious, not qualified or not motivated to proceed with an investment strategy at this time. Also, SCM may decide that a client or prospect requires too much time and creates unacceptable problems in which case they will be notified that all further time will be billed at our hourly rate or we may decide not to provide any further consulting services. In such cases S.C. Marketing will notify the prospect that further investment consulting will proceed on an hourly basis or not at all.

The following fee schedule is effective as of October, 2004 until further notice. Hourly rate is $250.00 per hour or any fraction thereof.

A flat rate of $2500.00 per month plus expenses may be contracted for certain select clients who desire a continuous relationship that requires more than 10 hours per month. This fee is payable in advance. SCM may refuse to provide service to anyone at anytime and terminate any contract with 30 days notice or mutual consent.
